How long will my order take?

Each piece is made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared, then 2–5 business days for USA Standard shipping (1–2 business days with Priority). You'll get a tracking number by email when it ships. See our Shipping Policy for all destinations.

Does it come with a gift box and message card?

Yes. Our message-card necklaces arrive in a gift box with the printed message card shown in the photos, ready to give.

What is the Heart-to-Heart necklace made of?

It's 14K white gold finish over stainless steel with cubic zirconia crystals. The pendant is about 1" x 0.7" (27mm x 17mm) on an adjustable 18"–22" cable chain with a lobster clasp.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Remove it before bathing, avoid perfume and abrasive cleaners, and wipe it gently with a soft cloth.

Can I ship it directly to the person I'm gifting?

Yes. Just enter their address as the shipping address at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because each piece is made to order, please email us as soon as possible. We'll do our best, but once production starts we may not be able to make changes.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

Email us at joanne@sarihomellc.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
